Prices

All prices shown on this web site are for 1 piece, exVAT and in Euros €

Order less than 50 pieces

the orders of less than 50 pieces are raised of 100 € excluding VAT, the unit price being that of 50 parts.

Rules to change the band

The price of watch includes the band illustrated in the catalog. To change it, please add the difference between the old band and the desired band.

Prototype - approval sample

• Silk scren : 2 weeks
• Other methods : 3 weeks
• Price : 90 euros + standard fixed costs
• 200+ pieces: free

Sample request

Samples are dispatched at the client's expense, via their carrier, FedEx or recorded delivery
The price of samples is the same as the unit price of 100 pieces.
No sample will be sent out without receipt of the duly completed order form.

Price request

For all requests excluding standard prices (more than 500 pieces, special imprints, personnalised design, etc),we can give you a price quote in 24h.

Main conditions of sale

• A free paper proof by post or by email in 48 hours (virtual sample).
• Delivery time: 3 weeks (silk screen)
• Express delivery is possible; please contact us.
• Delivery times are always confirmed when the order is registered
• Payment : 30% deposit at order, balance due prior to delivery (law no. 80-335, 12 May 1980)
• Ecotax (only in Belgium)
• BEBAT : + 0.1239 euro per item

Technical charges and fees are the same as for the first order (unless specified)

Liability

All orders are subject to the availability of manufactured components. Orotime cannot be held responsible of a shortage of components preventing the delivery of goods. For urgent orders, to avoid unforeseeable events, please confirm the availability of components with Orotime before placing your order.

Damage during transportation

All damages (or loss) incurred during transportation must be declared to the carrier by the consignee, providing all available information. Legal responsibility passes from Orotime to the client when the goods are consigned to the carrier.

Three year guarantee

All clock components are covered by a three year guarantee by Orotime for material and manufacturing faults, if used properly. Straps and batteries are excluded from the guarantee.

• Photoshop CS - Corel Draw 11.0
• Mac software : Illustrator CS2
• Photoshop CS - Quark Xpress 6.0
• Spot colour logos: vector file highly desirable.
• Bitmap logos and photos: : minimum 300 dpi resolution
• Fonts vectorised or lined to the file.
• Not supported: logos integrated in office software such as Word, Excel...

All our watches are designed in Belgium.
